Description of Memorial:
Large patio of bricks, from street to monument. A few bricks have military names, an few have sponsor names, most are blank. Monument of polished black marble appears to be new, but no date could be found. Three flag poles for US, POW and State of Missouri flags.
I was looking for the Missouri Soldiers Home and Cemetery when I found this. Later found the Soldiers Home. I was impressed that a military memorial would be erected on the school lawn. Looks like building was the High School but not sure if it still is.
