![](/images/spacer.gif) Description of Memorial: Located in Freedom Park on the grounds of the Rowan County Arts Center, formerly the Rowan County Courthouse. It is made up of several granite walls, similar to the Vietnam War Memorial, with names of those who served in all wars on the black granite and those who died on the orange granite.
