A memorial located in a small circular plaza on a small hill in the center of Antioch Park. The memorial is a bronze plaque mounted onto a sculpted boulder that also has a outline of a map of the Vietnam's etched onto the face of the boulder. A flagpole is in front of and in the center of the circular area.
