The plaque is in the middle of St Mary's Square in Chinatown. There's an eagle on the plaque, with its wings spread open. Under the eagle are the seals of the branches of the armed forces. Underneath the names are the seals of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. The plaque rests on a metal fence-like backdrop.
