On the southeast corner of Ayers St. and Baumann St. east of the University of Central Oklahoma, sit twin water towers.
The taller one is painted with the City's name. The huge on-ground water storage facility is painted to honor the forging of ties between the City of Edmond and the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) for the betterment of the town.
Writing on the storage facility states:
"Partners for the Future
Edmond
A Great Place to Grow"
and a large "UCO" stylized logo.
