St Michael's Roman Catholic Church is on Hwy 206 in Cooks Creek, Manitoba in the Rural Municipality of Springfield. The cemetery is in the churchyard but about 200 feet south of the church.

The cemetery may be hard to spot since there is a building (Cook's Creek Museum) between the church and cemetery.
