The Goodwill Industries Building was originally built in 1912 as the Van Dyke Knitting Company building. The building served as a textile factory building until 1937 when it was used by the Goodwill Industries as facility to train disabled individuals. In recent years the building has been converted to 100 loft residential apartments.
