The Hermann German Methodist Church was built in 1883 with an additional education wing added in 1917. The brick church was stuccoed early in the 20th century. The small church features a Gothic styled arched doorway with a round window above. The church has a small square steeple with a hipped roof.
The building is in good condition and is now used by the Hermann Community Christian Church with services each Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
