Auf 375 Jahre Brauereigeschichte darf die SCHLOSSBRAUEREI MAXLRAIN im Jahr 2011 zurückblicken. Seit 1636 werden in Maxlrain nachweislich die "edlen Biere" gebraut. Hatte sich die SCHLOSSBRAUEREI noch bis vor 20 Jahren auf den engsten Umkreis im Rosenheimer Land konzentriert, führte eine konsequente Qualitätspolitik dazu, dass man heute als eine der höchst prämierten Brauereien Deutschlands auch in weit entfernten Gebieten Bekanntheit erlangt hat.
Handwerkliche Braukunst
Gute 6 Wochen benötigt die handwerkliche Herstellung eines MAXLRAINER Bieres - vom Beginn im Sudhaus bis zur Auslieferung. Bei der industriellen Fertigung werden Biere bereits nach 1 bis 2 Wochen abgefüllt und dann in den Handel gebracht. Wir meinen, auch ein Bier braucht Zeit, um geschmacklich zu reifen und sein volles Aroma zu entfalten. Dies ist aufwändiger und teurer. Das Geschmacksergebnis gibt uns jedoch recht; davon sind wir MAXLRAINER überzeugt.
