National Memorial Cemetery - Long Prairie, MN - World War II Memorials / Monuments on Waymarking.com

Depicting a large mural and replica granite walls of the American National Cemetery of Omaha Beach, this memorial is stunning. It features several rows of engraved black granite, that sits in front of a realistic mural of the cemetery. There are also informational signs, a Sherman tank, and a Women in War memorial.

The memorial is located within Veteran's Park. The park features memorials to Vietnam, Korea, a Statue of Liberty, Iwo Jima and a replica historic bandshell. You can see more at:
