This one-story Spanish Revival style building was built for Edwin E. Dennison in 1920 and designed with three shop spaces. Distinctive features include the tile roof and 15 narrow transom-light windows. In the 1950s, the windows were filled and covered by a facade, rendering the building as "historic non-contributing" in the original nomination for the Salem Downtown Historic District. In 2006, removal of this facade and restoration of the windows resulted in re-classification of the building as Eligible/Contributing.
