This World War II Memorial plaque is mounted on a small stone monument in Elko City Park, just southwest of the Northeastern Nevada Museum in Elko, Nevada.

This monument stands alone in a grassy area across the driveway from the Northeastern Nevada Museum. The inscription on the plaque reads:

World War II
"Thy Dead Shall Live"
