This Bungalow was built circa 1908 for Gilbert and Leona Douglas, who then sold the property in 1911 to Fred Voget, who then re-sold it a month later to Ora Poage. Poage was a hairdresser, whose parents also lived at this house with her for a time. Ora Poage Isbel and her husband sold the house in 1932.
