This house was built about 1913 for Rollin K. Page, the Salem City Attorney, and his wife Alice. This two-and-a-half story house features a prominent front gable and hipped roof ends. Mr. Page was the son of Judge W.W. and his wife Albina Page, for whom Albina, once a separate city but now a district in east Portland is named. Rollin earned his law degree from the University of California, while his wife Alice later earned a law degree as well, from Willamette University. In 1920, Page sold the house to Charles Park, president of Salem Water, Light and Power Company, and his wife Mary.
