This "California Bungalow" was built in 1909 for Ralph Glover, a bookkeeper, who lived at the house with his wife Remoh until his death in 1946 (Remoh passed away in 1945). A notable feature of the house is the double-leaf door and three-part windows adjacent to it. The intersecting front and east-facing gables also give the house a distinctive look.
