This two-story, red painted concrete block building is plainer than its neighbors, but is accented with rows of stepped bricks that forms a cornice, and raised blocks that simulate quoins on each side. The upper story features two bays with rectangular one-over-one windows. The storefront has been covered with vertical paneling.
