The "John Hancock Oak" is a tree in a Baker Street parking lot that has been alive since 1787. A plaque at the tree base reads:

1787 1987
The National Arborists Association and The International Society of Arboriculture jointly recognize this significant tree in this bicentennial year as having lived here at the time of the signing of our constitution
