The building was built in 1920 and stands on the east side of Main Street between the old Bank of Colville building and the Mandarin Garden Restaurant.
Though not elaborate, the building has some rather intricate brick work in the frieze and what appear to be either terra cotta or tile caps on the cornice. This is a relatively small single storey building. Apparently, the building was built by William C. Kirk or his brother, Thomas J. Kirk. It is now occupied by Constructive Fun, a toy store that also sells books, puzzles, games and science oriented toys.
