One of the oldest standing commercial buildings in Albany, this two-story brick structure was built around 1873 as Murphy's Seed Store. Later tenants included a jewelry store, Mullen's Seed Store and a cafe. Today it houses an insurance company. The seed store "ghost signs" are still visible on the west and east walls.
