It's back! The smiley face that was originally painted on the town water tower in 1982 disappeared, to the dismay of concerned citizens, for a time between 2012 and 2014 while repairs were made on the tower. The smiley face was repainted on the blue tower in the spring of 2014.
The smiley face is only on the north side of the tower. You can get a clear view of the entire tower from 31st Avenue.
