Note in response to peer review question:
“METRIC” in the above context means motorcycles whereby all dimensions and components are specified in metric. Therefore metric dimensioned tools are required for maintenance. In North America (domestic) brands are typically Imperial specifications. North Americans often feel they are the center of the world and hence refer to non-domestic bikes as “metric” without referring to our domestic bikes as “imperial” or “non-metric”. This is clearly evident in all literature and promotional materials in the North American market.
NOTE: With the decline of cruiser motorcycle sales in the US and Europe, many business are changing from Motorcycle sale to Powersports sales.
Powersports businesses are primarily concentrated on side-by-side and dirt bikes and snowmobiles and the like. Other than the dirt bike, these are NOT motorcycles.
Make sure you provide clear proof of motorcycle sales and service.
