Description:: A category to locate all the Target stores in the United States. Regular Target Stores, Target Greatlands and SuperTargets are all accepted. Please no Target stores in Australia (since they are not part of the Target Corporation.)

Expanded Description:

The Target Corporation was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1902. In 1962, the first Target store was opened in Roseville, Minnesota. It is the sixth-largest retailer (by sales revenue) in the United States.

Instructions for Posting a Target Stores Waymark:

To log a store in this category you need to visit the store and note a few things.

Naming: Please name it something like Target Store – City, state or Target Greatland – city, state.

Please post the coordinates to the main entrance. The photo should be of the main entrance with Target signage and bullseye. If possible, please no drive-bys.

Also please no extra visiting requirements by the waymark submitter.
