description/mission statement:
To create a category for waymarking of horse troughs, donated by Annis & George Bills of which there are at least 270 spread over mainly Victoria & New South Wales, while some may exist in Queensland & South Australia also.
Annis & George were animal welfare activist and gifted much to the RSPCA. Childless on their death they bequeathed, a trust fund set up to place horse troughs where-ever there was a need to relieve the suffering of animals.
