description/mission statement:
To help create a management group and a proposed “Ontario Heritage Properties category. The objectives of this category will be to waymark the over 5000 properties across Ontario that are listed in the Ontario Heritage Properties Database.
Members of this group should have an interest in local Ontario history and its preservation. Officers in the group will need to evaluate waymark submissions for confirmation to the category objectives which will include a photo of the heritage property taken by the waymarker and a description of its heritage value and current state of preservation.
