This group is for waymarking the historic sites of the United Methodist Church (UMC). The UMC has set up a system by which they submit and vote on UMC locations. If approved they are issued a plaque and number. Locations exist throughout the US and Canada as well as other places. The focus should remain on these historic sites for there local and historic value and not to promote any particular religious organization. You can view the UMC list at the following website:
