description/mission statement:
The purpose of this catagory will be to build a collection of offshore fishing spots that can be posted and used by anyone.
Unlike the 'Fishing Holes' catagory this one will detail what type of fish have been known to be caught at the waypoint, as well as tips on what times of the day are best to visit the location (for the best fishing experience).
Submittions may also like to include safety information related to the waypoint (i.e rocks to watch out for), though to suggestions on what bait works best for the type of fish in the area.
