Mission: To get folks off the interstates and onto the historic Bankhead highway in Texas, America's 2nd Transcontinental Highway. The Bankhead passes through wonderful places the interstate bypassed decades ago. We love exploring Texas towns of every size, and discovering (or rediscovering) the interesting places and people along the route of the nearly 1000 miles of the Bankhead Highway through Texas.
