The Madill Elementary School is located at 704 W. Tishomingo. This is a one-story school with a flat roof, constructed of rusticated and coursed native sandstone. The 20-room school is wide, with perpendicular extensions at the north and south, for a total width of 265 feet. At the west end of the north extension is a large auditorium. The school is still in use.

The east facade has a stepped parapet with a slightly projected center section. Nine three-paned windows are located on this section, with the center seven having an arched fixed transom. The upper panes and transoms have been painted over. Arched recessed entrances flank this section, with the south entrance bricked in. The walls flanking this center section each have four sets of triple windows, each with three panes. The perpendicular extensions on the south and north have similar windows and a double-door entrance.

The barrel-roof auditorium on the north side facing Tishoming Ave. has a castle-look with wide parapets at each corner and an angled center parapet. A large round stone-bordered window is lcoated above the double recessed entrances. Two sets of window on this facade, as well as the windows along the west side are bordered up.
