Two basketball court options are found at Herbert F. Paine Memorial Park in Coventry, Rhode Island. Side-by-side, the shorter and narrower one to the west is laid out for youth.
Their vermilion surfaces well-worn and showing some large cracks, the courts are in good condition overall, including the white border lines. Backboards on both are suspended by sturdy and straight round pipe poles. The larger court's are rectangular, made from metal, painted white with orange shooter's squares and rims. Fan-shaped bare metal backboards on the short court have orange shooter's squares and rims. Nylon nets are installed on all.
An abundance of seating fills the central alleyway; three sets of three-tiered and moveable aluminum risers and three permanently placed wood park benches. A pair of pine utility poles topped with pairs of flood lamps face the bigger court. The facility's parking lot to the south and east offers spaces for many vehicles.
