This little park is nestled in between Route 3 and the Garden State Parkway in Clifton, NJ. Even though it seems small when you enter, it is bigger than it appears.
To the left as you enter is this windmill. It was built by an Eagle Scout in 1993.
The plaque says:
This original windmill was built
5-5-1993 by Eagle Scout
Lou Dyle
of Troop 21, Clifton
It recognized those local
Hollanders who dug the Morris Canal
in Clifton by hand.
In 2009 it was rebuilt by 2 park volunteers from Nutley.
