Located if front of the parking lot to Gaston Edwards Park is a artistically decorated utility box. This box is painted to reflect two of the park's features that include bicycling on the paths that surround the lake and water activities that can be done on Lake Ivanhoe. Parking is free and includes both disability parking and two electric car charging stations. A ramp and floating dock is at the parking lot. The paved bicycle and walking paths have exercise stations at convenient intervals. Benches are also available.
Artwork on the utility box consists of a woman on a bicycle facing North Orange Avenue and a man on a paddle board with a dog facing the parking lot.
