"The Japanese Garden in the Binnenhof is surrounded by hills with white and purple rhododendrons. They bloom between April and June. Via the winding path you come to a tranquil water feature with Japanese trees and shrubs. A serene place to enjoy in peace!

In the Japanese Garden there are also 3 chess tables, where you can play a nice game of chess in the open air with your own chess pieces, or borrowed from Anafora. Chess activities are also often organized here.

The Japanese Garden is not finished yet. The intention is that all kinds of Japanese elements will be added. Volunteers are also needed to manage the Japanese Garden.:
