M 78 (MO0652) - Albany County, Wyoming - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

The mark is set in a round concrete monument that is roughly flush with the ground surface at the time of my recovery in late 2013. It is located across the road from a small gate in the southern right-of-way fence line with two No Trespassing signs nailed to the posts on either end of the gate (the mark itself is publicly accessible on the north side of the county road).
