This is the most northern 'Heiau" on the "Big Island of Hawai`i" built by "King Kamehameha I" It is located off 'Akoni Pule Highway' (Highway 270) just north of the east/west Kawaihawae Road and 'Ka'ahumanu (Highway 19) intersections.
