Blasterz had limited time in Columbus, NE to explore everything that historic Pawnee Park had to offer but we were very impressed with the mixture of historical markers and modern entertainment venues on offer here along the Loup River.

"Located in southwest Columbus, just south of the viaduct on either side of Highway 81 and Highway 30.
Known as "The Picnic Capital of Nebraska", first opened in 1925 and encompasses almost 153 acres adjoining the Loup River and Van Berg golf course.
