The Ware Building is remarkably modern in appearance, compared to the Joslin Building across Fourth Street. It originally housed The Buckeye Valley Bank, the Buckeye Chamber of Commerce and the Buckeye Restaurant. It is constructed of fired brick and doesn't appear to have been resurfaced as other buildings on the street have been.
