Located across from Gage Park and the Hamilton Children's Museum, the original McDonald's at this location was a well known location in Hamilton.

There has been a caboose car for dining here in the past, and the large statue of Ronald McDonald statue was actually sawed off at the ankles and stolen once (it was recovered)

This location always had good food and plenty of parking.

Can the new restaurant that was built to update the site live up to the reputation of the original?

Maybe the addition of the PLAYPLACE will be a benefit... time will tell.
