STATION IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST SECTION OF STEARNS. THE STATION IS A 4-LEGGED STEEL STRUCTURE ABOUT 125 FEET HIGH WITH A WATER TANK ATOP PAINTED BLACK. THE POINT OF INTERSECTION WAS THE BALL AT THE APEX OF THE ROOF OF THE WATER TANK.
