The Sugar Shaker at NE 3rd and Ash in small-town Luther is the setting of a scene in the TV series Tulsa King. Season 1 of Tulsa King is filmed in Oklahoma, primarily Tulsa.

At the time of filming a Tulsa King episode, this little building in Luther was the setting of a scene that featured some crooked local law enforcement who are under the thumb of an Irish gang. They meet here to discuss how to proceed with instructions given them by their Irish boss, Caolan Waltrip. Waltrip is seen on his bike, in the background, in front of the mill. This is from Season 1, Episode 5: Token Joe. Just down the street is another scene, at the grocery store, where the crooked Sheriff officers arrest the driver (Tyson) of Sylvester Stallone's character Dwight "The General" Manfredi.
