DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1978 IN GREAT FALLS. SET IN THE FRONT WINDOW SILL AT THE FRANKLIN SCHOOL, LOCATED AT 813 SECOND AVENUE SOUTHWEST, 52 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH CURB OF SECOND AVENUE, 18 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE SCHOOL, 6 FEET WEST OF A FIRE HYDRANT MOUNTED IN THE FACE OF THE BUILDING. NOTE=BASIC NET A LEVEL LINE JUNCTION MARK. THE MARK IS 1 FT ABOVE THE SIDEWALK.
