"During the Spring, Summer and Fall, Nathan Phillips Square features a fountain. In the winter, the water fountain turns into an outdoor artificial ice rink. Check the Drop-In Programs tab for hours for the outdoor rink. Skate rentals (opens in new window) are available on-site.
