This small picnic area is on the east side of Highway 83, between Eden and Paint Rock. There is room for about a dozen vehicles here. An unusual feature is that the shelter and concrete picnic table is handicap-accessible; handrails are provided to assist those who need them to move from their auto to the table. A modest Vietnam War Memorial is also here.
