There are a number of historic cemeteries along Commerce Street in San Antonio. This is one of the smaller ones, at just over two acres. The entrance is on the east side of the cemetery on Palmetto Street, directly across from the Masonic Cemetery to the east. There are about eight hundred memorials here. Most of the burials here are from the late 1800s and early 1900s. The few recent internments appear to be at already-established family plots.
