Have you read the "Odissea", the poem written by the greek Omero?
Well, during the trip of the main character of the poem, Ulisse (Odisseo), it stops in a place where he meets the "Maga Circe" (Circe witch). One of the legends related to the meeting between Ulisse and Circe is that when he leaves she lay down and fell asleep with the hair in the water and then she got transformed into a mountain.
As you can see from the pictures, the mountain has the shape of a human profile.
We went up to the top, but since we were there with our new baby (less than 2 months old at that time), we stop at the "Crocette" that is the highest point that you can reach by car. The coordinates are taken there.
The previous day we went down to the "Circeo Lighthouse" (N41 13.340 E13 04.110), but the weather was pretty cloudy and windy (that is why we went up the day after, wonderful weather).
