This sign is at the site of the Mill Creek Motel on State Route 3 south of Shelton. You can still see parts of the motel's foundation on the property

"A demolition crew took down the Mill Creek Motel on State Route 3 south of Shelton after years of Mason County efforts to clean it up. The wayside junkyard, which hadn’t been a motel in years, dated to 1954."
