This is a unique Eagle Scout Project site, and certainly one I would have like to have done when I was an Eagle Scout.

This is the receiving vault for Warren Harding, the 29th President of the United States, and his wife Florence. Warren was interred here after his death in 1923, and Florence in 1924, until the Harding Memorial was completed across the street in 1927.

The Eagle Scout Project appears to have involved restoration of the receiving vault by Michael A. Schertzer of Marion Troop 75, in 1993.
