Northgate Mall Totem Pole - Outside Wooden Display Carvings on Waymarking.com

I think that this Gorgeous Totem outside the Northgate Mall is often over-looked and unappreciated by the people rushing in and out of the mall.

I had the opportunity to ponder its beauty as I waited for my friend (she was 30 minutes late)

There was no posted info on the totem but I googled it and learned: In 1952, Bellevue sculptor Dudley C. Carter designed and carved a 59-foot cedar totem pole to decorate the entrance to the mall.
