The Peck - Crim - Chesser House is a massive two-story solid brick 19th century residence which occupies two city lots at the corner of Walnut and Church Streets.

The Peck - Crim - Chesser House is significant because it is a well preserved unaltered surviving example of late 19th century victorian architecture built in 1884, because it is prominently sited, has been continuously occupied by members of the same family for over one hundred years.
