DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1956 AT BLYTHEVILLE. AT BLYTHEVILLE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH SECOND STREET AND WEST WALNUT STREET, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTH FACE OF 2-STORY CITY HALL BUILDING, 15 FEET SOUTH OF SOUTH CURB OF WEST WALNUT STREET, 24 FEET WEST OF WEST CURB OF NORTH SECOND STREET, 2 FEET WEST OF NORTHEAST CORNER OF BUILDING AND 1.3 FEET ABOVE GROUND.
