Moscow Idaho. The Moscow City Hall building is a beautiful 3 story Federalist/Victorian style building. This structure was originally built by the United States Treasury Dept. as a Post Office and federal courthouse for the City of Moscow and Latah County. The Moscow Post Office and Courthouse (AKA Moscow Federal Building) was listed on the
National Register of Historical Places for Latah County in 1973.
Coordinates were taken at the northwest corner of the building.
